All local and international deliveries will be made using a traceable and insured method of delivery. Where the customer objects to using such a method, opting for a cheaper medium (such as standard parcel post), the customer accepts all liability for loss of the package(s), damage, of missing contents and waives any rights to a chargeback from a merchant provider.
Tracking numbers will be emailed and/or updated to the customer's account within 24-48 hours (on business days in Ontario Canada).
Foreign customers: All import duties, customs surcharges, forwarding fees, VAT (etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller reserves the right to charge up to a 50% restocking charge and forefeit the initial shipping charges, for any international packages that are returned to us due to non-payment of international duty taxes.
